Paying for services over the Internet requires you to provide your personal identifying information and credit card information to the web site.  The information collected by our site is used to process your requests and payments, and to keep you informed about the status of your request or payment.

APU does not sell personally identifiable information, such as your name or e-mail address to advertisers.  APU will make every effort to maintain the privacy and security of your personally identifiable information at all times.  APU may disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order, or in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or as otherwise required by law. 

MODIFICATIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

APU reserves the right to modify its Payment System Privacy and Security Policy at any time.  We reserve the right to make the revised or changed notice effective for information we already have about you, as well as any information we receive in the future.  If the terms of this policy are changed, Adult & Pediatric Urology will provide you with a revised copy upon your request and will post an amendment to the privacy policy on the website.  Such modifications will become effective on the day they are posted.  APU encourages you to frequently review the privacy policy for any modifications.
